Patient, in-home technology help for older adults and families. TV, phone, WiFi, devices, bills — calm help at your pace, with no jargon and no rushing.
π¦ Please note: Clients purchase their own devices before each visit β this ensures it's registered in your name and covered by your warranty. Not sure what to buy? Book a Device Recommendation Call first and I'll point you in the right direction!
Not sure which service you need? Just describe what's happening when you book — I'll figure out the rest. Most visits cover more than one thing.
All services are especially welcoming to older adults — and to adult children booking on behalf of a parent. No judgment, no jargon, ever.
I'm not Geek Squad. I'm not an IT company. I'm not an electrician or licensed contractor of any kind. I'm a patient, knowledgeable neighbor who helps you get comfortable with the technology you already have β calmly, at your pace, in your home.
What that means practically: I set things up, I explain how they work, and I make sure you feel confident before I leave. I do not install mesh networks, run cables through walls, do any electrical work, or handle anything that requires a licensed professional. If something turns out to need that kind of help, I'll tell you right away and point you in the right direction.
The right clients read this and think: "That's exactly what I need." If that's you β welcome.

"Let's Make TV Simple Again" β The Most Common Visit
Too many remotes, confusing menus, apps that don't work right — TV should be relaxing, not stressful. I'll set up and simplify one main TV so it's easier to use for live TV, streaming, and everyday watching, then walk you through it confidently before I leave.

"Make My Phone Make Sense"
Your phone should work for you β not the other way around. Whether it's setting up email, organizing your apps, making the font bigger, or just understanding what all those notifications mean, I'll make it manageable and comfortable for you.

"Where Is All My Money Going?"
Most people are overpaying by $50–$150/month without realizing it. Hidden fees, services you forgot about, router rentals that have gone on for years — I'll go through your cable, streaming, and internet-related bills, help simplify your services, and show you where the money is going.

"Stop Renting, Start Owning"
If you're renting a router from your cable company, you may be paying $10–$20/month — forever. I'll help with simple home WiFi problems, reconnecting devices, and basic router setup. Whether it's slow speed, a dead spot, or a device that won't connect, I'll get things working and leave you with your WiFi info written down.

"I Bought It — Now What?" — Alexa, Kindle, Ring, Streaming Sticks & More
Bought a new device and not sure what to do next? I'll set up one common household device — Alexa, Echo Show, Kindle, printer, smart plug, or streaming stick — connect it to your WiFi, get the right apps in place, and make sure you feel completely comfortable using it before I leave. Please have your device purchased and on hand before booking.

"Why Won't This Connect?" β Device Troubleshooting
It worked yesterday. Today it doesn't. Whether it's your TV, Alexa, streaming app, or WiFi — I'll help solve one or two common home technology problems during a single visit, explain what went wrong in plain language, and make sure you feel confident before I leave.

Sometimes the stuff piling up in the garage or sitting unsold in the basement matters just as much as the TV remote. If you'd like a hand with any of the below, just mention it when you book β we'll talk through it in a free 15-minute phone call before scheduling.
